We offer an out-of-season opportunity for high school players to develop their rugby skills at the highest level.
Fall 2025 Programs
Boys Skills Training (Ages 14-18)
Training Schedule:
* 1x weekly practice/skill session: $130 (or $20 per session)
* September 3 - October 26
* Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm
* Location: Valley Park
Season Total: $350 (includes all training sessions, kit, and S&C program) Monthly payment plans available Additional transportation options may be available
Potential Competition:
* Possible Games:
* Possible 15s matches (Green Bay & Chicago):
* Games would be separate from training package
Girls 7s Team (Ages 14-18)
Training Schedule:
* 2x weekly practices: $270 (or $20 per session)
* August 13 - October 26
* Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm & Saturdays 9:00-10:30am
* Location: Valley Park
Competition Opportunities:
* 3 Tournaments Included:
* August 23: Albert Lea, MN ($50 per player)
* September 27: Iowa (Des Moines) ($125 per player - includes meals & lodging)
* October 25: Iowa (Des Moines) ($125 per player - includes meals & lodging)
Season Total: $700 (includes all tournaments, kit, and S&C program)
Monthly payment plans available. Additional transportation options may be available
Strength & Conditioning Program
* 1x weekly training session TBD
* Take-home training app with personalized workouts
* Cost: $120 (or $20 per session)
